The process controls are adopted in accordance with GMP (good manufacturing practices) and HACCP control plans (Reg 852/2004) to ensure strict observance of hygienic and health standards at all processing stages.

Organoleptic, chemical, physical and microbiological control are performed on finished products to ensure the required quality standards and only after having passed these controls the positive release of each batch is possible.

Solana has a quality system in line with the BRC and ISO 22005 international standard. The plant is certified for Organic production (EC Reg 834/07) and Kosher.
